Member of unvalidated account: Members who did not verify this account would not enjoy the email notification. He could only participate in the survey through the “V-Survey” online.
(3) Through Viewfruit APP

ViewFruit surveys require participants to provide real and objective feedback so that they can provide better products and services in the future. If we find that you provided false information, inconsistent and invalid answers at the time of the audit, we will not issue corresponding rewards and points will be deducted. If the circumstances are serious, your participation authority will be canceled or your account will be deleted.
For the questionnaire that not approved and was found to be invalid. The reason for deducting the reward points is as follows:
(1) The answering time is too short: For example, the average length of the questionnaire is 20 minutes, and the questionnaire whose answer time is less than 10 minutes will be judged invalid by the system.
(2) Inconsistent filling: There are several types of questions in the questionnaire: single selection, multiple selection, form scoring, video, sound, and images.
A. Linear answer selection: Select all the answers in the same row or the same column option. (For example, all stores scored 9 points)
B. Inconsistency in answering questions: For example, in the previous question, the answer was to use a X product, but in the latter question, that particular product was not selected.
C. Failed to pass the verification question: Some questionnaire designers will insert a designated option title in the survey. For example, the title requires the member to select the “B” option. If the member does not read the title carefully and selects other options, the system will determine that the questionnaire is invalid.
D. When required to enter your personal opinion, input the invalid information: For example, enter “123456” or “ABC” meaningless content in the “Your Feedback” field.

(5) Do the survey as soon as possible after you receive the invitation email, in order to prevent the samples size have been fufilled.
Each business survey has a certain sample size limit. When each condition reaches the sample collection quantity, although the entire project may still be in progress, if you participate, you may be informed that “quantity is full” or “not eligible”.
(1) Each questionnaire is limited to one member only.
(2) If the number of samples collected is reached, the questionnaire will automatically end. Please answer as soon as possible after receiving the questionnaire.
(1) The server connection speed is slow: Due to the different network environment, please be patient and wait. Sometimes some questionnaires on overseas servers will be slower .
(2) Large amont of participants at the same time: sometimes the number of people participating in the survey at the same time is large, which may result in delay in server response. It is recommended that you choose another time to participate.
It you found errors occurs when you clicking the survey link, please contact us together with the survey number. ( For example, each survey are asigned with an unique survey number. For example, Online Survey(P19C00032385), then P19C00032385 would be the survey number.)
You don't need to be worried if you have finished the survey, even though the points did not add to your account. Valid samples of the survey will sent to us in the back-end database after the survey is over. If you fail to score in time after completing the survey, the system will automatically detect and add points in time. This situation is very rare, the reasons may be the following:
(1) Return of the questionnaire results Due to network reasons, you need to wait longer. In this case, you need to wait a few more minutes after clicking the Complete Questionnaire button, do not close the browser immediately.
(2) Maybe your own network is not very stable.
(3) A sudden failure occurs during network data transmission.

The system will generate an unique invitation link for you when you are going to found your survey team. Sent that link to your friends and let them register through the link, and they would be assigned to your survey team automatically.
The main reasons for not receiving payment are the following:
1. The member's PayPal account information is incorrect.
2.A member has registered multiple accounts. The system only pays for valid accounts.
3. Within the week of redemption, if some of the points are deducted due to certain illegal operations, the system will automatically cancel the redemption application and return the remaining points to the member's account. The member needs to resubmit the redemption application for a new redemption.
